President - Denise Bosworth
Denise and her husband, Dan, are proud parents of three children, two in college and one in high school. Growing up on her family’s farm, Denise developed a lifelong connection to agriculture. She earned a degree in Business Administration with a Communications minor from Houghton University and later completed a Master’s in Biblical Counseling from Cairn University. Denise worked for several years in Human Resources and Education in the Philadelphia area before returning to the family farm in 2013, where she is now the fourth-generation owner. She is passionate about connecting healthy, local, farm-raised food to her community. As President of Seeds of the Future, Denise brings her experience, knowledge, and dedication to serve the community and make a lasting impact.
Treasurer - Sarah Thompson
Sarah is the manager of a nonprofit conference center in the Pocono region. Raised around retired dairy farmers on her father’s side, she developed a lifelong passion for agriculture. In recent years, she worked in agricultural retail, managing Rohrbach’s Farm Market, where she encouraged customers to learn more about local produce and discover new ways to enjoy it. Nonprofit work has always been part of Sarah’s life, from volunteering with local organizations to now leading one.  She lives with her rescue dog, Phineas. 
Secretary - Christine Keough
Christine Keough is a proud mother of two amazing children and a Philadelphia native whose perspective on agriculture was shaped by years of city living before recently relocating. She is an animal lover and self-proclaimed nature nerd—and proud of it. She began gardening after leaving the city, and learning how to grow food has been fascinating, sparking her desire to keep learning about plants and gardening. Visiting Rohrbach’s Farm for many years, and working there for the past five, has been central to her journey from city life to fully embracing agriculture. Through this experience, she has developed a deep respect for agriculture and learned firsthand the value of growing food. She brings to SOTF more than three decades of professional experience in administration and business. 
Member-at-Large - Sharon Benson
Sharon Benson is a retired elementary school teacher from New Jersey who relocated with her husband four years ago after a fulfilling career in education. She is the proud mother of two adult children, both married and living in New Jersey. With a lifelong passion for teaching, Sharon is dedicated to supporting social learning experiences for individuals with special needs and diverse abilities. She is eager to come alongside fellow like-minded individuals to make meaningful impacts in the local community through farming and agriculture. Drawing on her years in the classroom, she brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a strong commitment to helping others grow and thrive.
Member-at-Large - Kim Hampton
Kim and her husband, Drew, are the proud parents of three children and own a local farm where their family is actively involved in agriculture. Their farm is home to cattle, donkeys, and goats, providing their children the opportunity to participate in 4-H livestock programs and learn firsthand the values of responsibility, stewardship, and hard work. Marrying into farm life, Kim has developed a deep appreciation for agriculture and the vital role it plays in sustaining families and communities. She is a strong advocate for locally sourced, high-quality meat and produce. Kim brings an enthusiasm for agriculture and a desire to make a positive impact on our community.
Member-at-Large - Kristina Keough
Kristina has been married to her husband, Paul, for 30 years, and together they have two children, Emily and Nate. After relocating from the Philadelphia area, they followed a long-held dream and purchased a farm they continue to grow and care for. Life at home is shared with their dog, Toby, their chickens, and plenty of time spent outdoors gardening and tending to animals—work that brings deep joy and purpose.  Kristina holds a degree in Paralegal Studies from Manor College and has spent much of her career working with individuals with autism, with a strong focus on life skills. She currently works in special education at Bloomsburg Middle School, where her greatest passion is ensuring that every special education student feels included, welcomed, valued, and fully supported.
Member-at-Large - Ashley Wlodarczyk
Ashley is a proud mother of three boys. A Bloomsburg University graduate with a degree in social work, she has professional experience working with children of all ages. Passionate about planting “seeds of the future,” Ashley gives children meaningful agricultural experiences that build responsibility, curiosity, and an appreciation for where food comes from. Now she gets to blend her love for children with her passion for agriculture. During the season, she hosts children’s events at Rohrbach’s Farm and serves up delicious food at Big Dan’s BBQ. She is an avid animal lover who enjoys caring for her animals. She also has a deep passion for working with children and creating positive, memorable experiences for families in the community.
