The Barn Loft

 a semi-private space in our renovated barn.
It is the perfect gathering space for showers,
art parties, business meetings, educational gatherings, & special events. It is
adjacent to Big Dan's BBQ restaurant.  

Rental details...

  • The Barn loft is available for rental from May to December, Monday through Saturday.  We are closed on Sundays.  
  • Deli trays* and desserts available through our Farm Market. (Deli trays are available AFTER May 27th)
  • Our recommended caterer is Big Dan's BBQ.  
  • You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.  ​External caterers must be licensed and insured.  
  • ​Freas Farm Winery is the only alcohol allowed in compliance with liquor laws.  It is available upon request. 
  • Decorate as you desire without the use of nails, staples, or other wall/surface penetrating elements. 
  • We have 8 foot tables and chairs that can be arranged as you like.  We have three large round spool table tops for food/ gifts.  Additional food tables are available upon request.  
  • Electric is available for for crock pots. 
  • ​Clean up is your responsibility, trash removal is taken care of by Rohrbach's Farm Staff.
  • Seating Capacity is 30 Adults comfortably and a total of 35 guests.
  • Cost: $125/ 3 Hours; After Store Hours $45.00/ per hour
