Bulk: Available by the 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or whole. Advance orders. Bulk is sold by the pound, hanging weight. Price is based on current market. You choose percentage of ground and burgers ($1.00/ lb additional for burgers), size of steaks and size of roasts. Also available upon request: smoked dog bones, soup bones, minute steaks (for fajitas and cheesesteaks .25lb additional), beef cubes (for stews and kabobs), and the tongue. Dog bones are also available!
