Our Kids Cooking Classes are back for kids who love to cook or want to learn!
We are offering two classes, for age appropriate instruction and hands-on experiences. There will be a class for 8-11 year olds and another for 12 -16 year olds. These classes will cover a variety of topics, including planning healthy menus and sourcing seasonal foods. We will also explore the importance of food safety and working with a food budget. The stand-alone classes will be held on June 19th, July 10th & August 12th - kids are welcome to attend one or all three! The menus are different for each class (see below for details). After each class, the children will come home with some yummy food that they learned how to make, recipes, handouts, and inspiration to help in the kitchen.
All of our Kids Cooking Classes are now full.
