Private Pavilion Rental: mid September & October

When you host your party at our pavilion space, you are offering an exclusive place for your guests in a
beautiful, spacious, outdoor setting.  Your guests will be welcome to take a stroll around & enjoy our farm.
You will appreciate the views of our pumpkin patch and have a magnificent background for all of your pictures!

Rentals are for three hours (which includes set up and clean up)
  • In October, pavilions are available for private rental with start times at 11:00 AM or 3:00 PM only
  • Pavilion rental includes:  covered pavilion, picnic tables, roasting sticks, trash service, electricity & portable bathroom units.
  • Guests provide: table coverings, paper goods, food.  Catering is available from Big Dan's BBQ.

Hayrides 
$75.00
We will be offering private hayrides with any fire pit or pavilion rental.  The hayride will only carry you and your guests. Hayrides will be approximately 25 minutes and accommodate up to 30 adults comfortably.  
Corn maze

Kids Playland

Giant corn pit and a huge double slide.
There are benches close by for adults to sit and relax!
Pumpkins

We will be happy to provide pumpkins right at your rental space!  We can even create a "pumpkin patch" for your guests to choose their pumpkins. Small pumpkins are approx. 2 lbs, medium pumpkins are approx. 10-12 lbs and large pumpkins are approx. 18-20 lbs)

Fire Pit
$20.00
The fire pit will be lit before your event begins. Firewood will be provided so you can maintain the fire throughout your gathering. For seating, four long wooden benches are arranged around the fire pit. Our staff will take care of extinguishing the fire once your event is over. 

Group Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing 7 days prior to your scheduled event. 
  • ​Reservation deposits are non-refundable. 
  • ​In case of inclement weather the renter may  reschedule their event or request a refund. 
  • ​Failure to submit cancellation or reschedule an event will result in forfeiture of any rental payments made. 
  • ​Full balance of rental agreement is due on the date of the scheduled event. 
  • The only alcoholic beverages permitted must be purchased through Freas Farm Winery. This is in compliance with state and local liquor laws. No other outside alcohol is permitted.  
  • In October, we offer two party start times - either 11 am or 3 pm.  All rentals are for 3 hours. 

Reservations

  1.  Contact us via email to check availability of rental space.
  2. Once we confirm that date & reserve it for you, ​you must complete and return a signed copy of our Pavilion & Compliance Form along with a $25 deposit to hold your date. Deposits can be made through an electronic invoice or with the rental form by mail.  (The form can be returned via email or USPS.)
